This hotel was excellent, the rooms were big and spacious and very clean. Amazing service without any issue. Whenever I called for service the things would’ve been there in under 5 minutes (Not food takes around 15-20) minutes. The laundry is really amazing they do it so nice and cleanly but what kills it is the price. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is good and there are halal options but, the food is cold when it’s served at breakfast. The location is kind of tight and there isn’t much space to go around there especially if your on car. In general, this hotel is really good and definitely recommend…

Not bad, but it's definitely not a 5 star hotel. For some reason, there are two buildings across a very busy street, so it's quite scary to cross that street just to eat breakfast or go to the gym or pool. There's a guy there most of the time to help direct traffic. Rooms and corridors had a musty smell. Our check-in was late, and they made up for it with a fruit platter. The people are really great and it's not their fault that they're understaffed. Gym is well-equipped, pool is large, breakfast spread wasn't impressive. Breakfast was way too crowded and not enjoyable, we skipped it after the first day. Plus point is that the room is HUGE even though it's a bit worn-down. Beds are really comfortable and sound proofing is good, even though there was some faint clubbing music that could be heard.

I enjoyed my stay at the Valia hotel, the location is centrally located and is in walking distance to many massage shops, and restaurants. My room was clean, and the buffet breakfast was delicious! Ron, took extremely great care of me and my friend during our visit. He went above and beyond to help plan our excursion; and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this hotel, and my overall experience was amazing!

It was our first time at this hotel and we absolutely loved it. The rooms are very clean and well furnished . The breakfast spread is amazing and had lots of items. The staff are very courteous and friendly, especially Mild she was very kind and helpful to us and assisted us in everything we need . Highly recommend!!
